BCMG is an Arts Award Welcome Organisation
As an Arts Award Welcome organisation, we have a number of opportunities for young people to get involved throughout the season as part of their Arts Award.
Our Welcome offer includes:
- Free ticket for the Arts Award participant and a concessionary ticket for an accompanying adult to BCMG season concerts
- Opportunities to compose and perform contemporary music both at the CBSO Centre and in schools and community venues in Birmingham and the West Midlands
- Advice on careers, training and employment
- Work placement and shadowing opportunities
- Opportunity to assist at BCMG concerts and workshops
- Access to the staff’s wealth of experience in project planning, managing, marketing and evaluation.
