Music Maze is an exciting series of fun, creative, participatory workshops for children age 8 – 11 inclusive organised and run by Birmingham Contemporary Music Group. There will be eight workshops from September 2015 to June 2016. Most of the workshops take place at the CBSO Centre and are led by composer Liz Johnson and the BCMG Learning Team alongside BCMG musicians. Most workshops are linked to performances by BCMG.
This workshop is linked to BCMG’s performance of a new commission by Michael Wolters entitled Requiem. This piece is being performed on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September as part of the Birmingham Weekender festival.
Young people do not need to be able to play a musical instrument in order to take part.
Places are free but must be booked in advance using the Ticket Info tab. Booking is now closed.
