SUBMISSIONS ARE NOW CLOSED Come and help create a brand new drumming piece for Dhol, Tabla and all other South Asian drums with professional musicians from Bangladesh and Pakistan, and Birmingham Contemporary Music Group players. Under the guidance of internationally-renowned composer Ondřej Adámek we’ll create a unique piece that will be performed on 3 July. The commitment for those who want to take part is: Saturday 29th June 2019 Rehearsal at the Nishkam Centre - 2-5pm Wednesday 3rd July 2019 Rehearsal at the Barber Institute - 5.30pm, Concert at the Barber Institute - 6.30pm Players of all ability levels are welcome to take part.
