Birmingham Contemporary Music Group (BCMG) is one of the world’s leading new music ensembles whose critically-acclaimed work includes concerts, tours, new music commissions and learning and participation programmes.

Can you lead the production team to put on the finest first performances of our wonderful new commissions? Can you deal with artists, conductors and musicians? Can you deal with budgets and boards? Can you look after the HR function for the organisation? Can you work to develop the team and live up to the challenges of a contemporary music ensemble and its administration?
