We are looking forward to welcoming you back to live concerts at the CBSO Centre soon. We have put a number of new safety measures in place to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience. On this page, you can read about these safety measures and further information about what to expect when you visit us. Our friendly staff will be available to help you at every step of the way.

Tickets, groups and seating

Tickets are available to purchase in advance of the performance online only, until each performance has sold out. Please do not visit the CBSO Centre if you do not have a valid ticket booking.

The maximum number of tickets per booking is 6 tickets, as per government guidelines. You must only make multiple ticket purchases in a single booking for people who are included in your own household or support bubble. Seats will be socially distanced between groups, but if you book 3 tickets in one transaction, those 3 seats will be allocated together as one group.

Seats will be allocated by the front of house team according to your booking group size upon entry to the hall.

Accessibility

CBSO Centre's Justham Auditorium is a flexible space with movable seating, so can accommodate wheelchairs as required – these must be booked in advance. In order to ensure that your seats are allocated with any access requirements in mind, please indicate your requirements when going through the booking process.

Participation in the NHS Test and Trace Scheme

Participation in the NHS Test and Trace scheme is compulsory. The details of the named booker provided during the booking process will be shared with the NHS if required in order to adhere with this scheme. More information can be found here: NHS Test and Trace

Arriving for your chosen concert

Please do not arrive more than 30-minutes prior to the concert start time and wear your face covering before entering the building, as per government guidelines.

On arrival, you will be asked to present your e-ticket(s) and the name in which your booking was made – please enter with all members of your group at the same time. We please ask that everybody in turn takes part in the temperature checking station and you will be asked to sanitise your hands.

A queuing system will be in place, so you may be required to wait outside for a short period, but we will minimise this as much as possible, especially in bad weather, whilst still adhering to the guidelines.

Once checked-in you will be shown to your seats within the auditorium. We will endeavour to get you to your seats as soon as possible, but appreciate your patience if this takes a little longer than usual – seats will be allocated according to your group size (as per your booking) as you enter the hall.

There will be no refreshments available, but you are welcome to bring your own bottled water. Please note there will be no interval.

At the end of the concert

At the end of the performance, please remain in your seat until directed by a member of staff, in order that we can ensure your safe exit.

Social distancing

To ensure the safety of staff and audience members, a clearly signed one-way system must be adhered to and in all spaces, please be mindful to follow this signage and keep a safe distance away from others who are not within your party.

Toilets

If you need to use the facilities, this will be possible before and after the performance. There will be a one-in-one-out queuing system for toilets – we appreciate your patience and understanding whilst waiting in the socially distanced queuing system.

If you feel unwell or have a high temperature

If you feel unwell or have a high temperature, please do not visit the CBSO Centre. If you register as above the recommended temperature upon entry (37.8 degrees), we will not be able to admit you or anyone in your group. If you feel unwell prior to attending a concert for which you have tickets, please do not attend and email [email protected] and we will be happy to credit the value of your tickets to your BCMG account so that you can use it on future ticket purchases.
