Wednesday 17 April, 2.30pm
CBSO Centre, Birmingham

Join the BCMG NEXT ensemble in a sensitive encounter between music and dance. Bodies meet sound in a special programme ranging from George Crumb’s spacious, sea-evoking Vox Balenae, a galactic journey with Edwin Roxburgh's pioneering work for oboe and live electronics, through a seductive masquerade for solo flute by Oliver Knussen to brand new pieces by Rolf Hind and Nathanael Gubler, re-thinking dance within a musical field of experience.
