We are delighted to share with you Celeste Oram's counting steps, for two trumpeters & live electronics, performed by Richard Blake & Amelie Thomas. 

Richard and young musician, Amelie, recorded a series of parts remotely, which were then compiled by Celeste to create a virtual trumpet choir performance.

counting steps can be also be played as a solo work.

This unique commission provides an innovative new piece that young trumpet players across the UK and the world can perform as an introduction to contemporary music.
